Appropriate draping is used throughout treatment, and only the area being treated is uncovered.

RemedNQ is registered to provide eligible remedial massage services for private health fund claims. Private health rebates may be available, depending on your fund and level of cover.
For your convenience, RemedNQ has a Tyro HealthPoint claiming terminal, allowing eligible claims to be processed on the spot at the time of payment. You simply pay any remaining gap amount.

In some situations, treatment may need to be modified, postponed, or may not be appropriate on the day. Please let RemedNQ know when booking, or contact the clinic before your appointment, if you have a recent injury, fever, infection, unexplained swelling, recent surgery, a contagious skin condition, or another health concern that could affect treatment safety.
For example, if you have varicose veins, direct deep-pressure work over the affected area will be avoided and treatment may be adapted accordingly. Your safety, comfort, and appropriate care are RemedNQ’s primary priorities.
